Drawing on diverse styles of barbeque, Q will combine dry rubs, light sauces, classic brines and cures to deliver authentic barbeque flavor. Q barbequed products will be pit-roasted using a Bewley Barbeque Pit, manufactured in Dallas, and a separate on-site traditional smoke house. Texas native Chef Brian Bell, whose family has been making great barbecue for generations, will, together with Eismann, oversee the food preparation.   With 10 draft beers, 50 bottled beers, a full bar, and live music including an acoustic Sunday brunch, and a School of Rock Saturday brunch for young rock stars-in-the-making, Q will surely become an instant classic.
